By accessing this website or purchasing any services from AutomationFlowLab, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

AutomationFlowLab provides remote digital services including, but not limited to:

• Website setup and configuration
• Domain and DNS setup
• Business email setup and configuration
• Website visitor tracking and analytics setup
• Ongoing monitoring and maintenance (where applicable)

All services are delivered remotely only. AutomationFlowLab does not offer in-person visits, on-site support, or face-to-face meetings.

2. Scope of Work

Services are provided strictly within the scope described at the time of purchase or agreement.

The following are not included unless explicitly agreed to in writing:

• Custom website design or branding
• Copywriting or marketing strategy
• SEO beyond basic technical configuration
• Advertising or paid campaign management
• Continuous revisions or redesigns
• Emergency or same-day delivery

Any work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required to perform services
• Supply content, access credentials, and permissions promptly
• Respond to requests for information within a reasonable timeframe

AutomationFlowLab is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client responses.

4. Turnaround Time

Typical setup work is completed within 48 hours after all required information and access have been received.

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. AutomationFlowLab is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services, hosting providers, registrars, or client-side delays.

5. Payments

• All setup fees are payable upfront before work begins
• Monthly services are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

All fees exclude third-party costs such as domains, hosting, email subscriptions, or software licenses unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

• Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started
• Monthly services are non-refundable for the current billing period
• No refunds are issued for completed or partially completed work

7. Monthly Services & Cancellation

• Clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice
• Services remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time

AutomationFlowLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, or misuse.

8. Analytics & Data Ownership

• The analytics account is owned by the client
• AutomationFlowLab may be granted access for setup, maintenance, or monitoring
• No guarantees are made regarding traffic, leads, conversions, or revenue

9. Third-Party Services

AutomationFlowLab may use or integrate third-party platforms and services. AutomationFlowLab is not responsible for downtime, outages, pricing/feature changes, or interruptions outside its control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutomationFlowLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

11. No Guarantees

AutomationFlowLab does not guarantee traffic growth, sales, leads, revenue, rankings, or specific business outcomes.

12. Modifications

AutomationFlowLab may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
